Bob Gerace

Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, former SaaS executive, and founder of Warrior Husband, a global movement dedicated to restoring marriages and building strong, faith-driven husbands. His life blends decades of leadership with seasons of deep personal challenge, including the 2008 financial crisis and a battle with cancer. Today, Bob’s mission is to guide men toward loving leadership, renewed trust, and a legacy anchored in biblical principles.

Born in Syracuse, New York, Bob’s academic path took him through Hillsborough Community College, St. Petersburg Junior College, and Tampa College before earning dual degrees in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida. In 1998, he launched Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving healthcare and financial clients with cutting-edge infrastructure, security, and regulatory expertise.

The business expanded to over 60 US-based professionals and 50 global staff, supporting hundreds of thousands of field workers. By 2002, it reached multi-million-dollar success. Yet, the 2008 economic downturn brought severe pressure, compounded by a cancer diagnosis. These trials forced Bob to slow down, lean on his wife Debbie, and seek strength in prayer, scripture, and the steadfast support of close friends.

In 2015, Bob founded Warrior Husband to help men who thrive in business but struggle at home. Rooted in scripture, mentorship, and accountability, the program introduces tools such as the Warrior Sanctification Method and King’s Roadmap to Reconnection. Over 10,000 men across 10+ countries have found renewed clarity in marriage, fatherhood, and spiritual leadership through his work.

Programs like Jumpstart and the Inner Circle combine structured coaching, daily scripture, group accountability, and personal mentorship. Bob addresses confession, reconciliation, communication, intimacy, and fatherhood with unfiltered biblical truth. Looking ahead, his vision includes launching the Warrior King Network to mentor leaders, plant hubs, and strengthen churches worldwide.

Married to Debbie since 1986, Bob Gerace Reviews values faith, family, and service, including decades of support for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
